Kerri Brydon- IHP Integrative Health Practitioner / Health Coach & Homeopathic Practitioner

Hi from the Northern Rivers, NSW, Australia.

Becoming a mum over 10 years ago sparked my journey into natural medicine, personal health challenges fuelled my passion to study this field, and the loss of a loved one ignited my mission to liberate others from our flawed "sick care" system.

I can feel the excitement of a health revolution unfolding. More and more people are realising that their bodies have amazing potential, capable of healing themselves with minimal intervention. My mission? To get Natural First Aid Kits into as many households as possible, giving everyone the power and confidence to take charge of their well-being. When acute illness is managed well and not suppressed, we reduce the likelihood of it manifesting into a chronic illness. While Doctors play a vital role in healthcare, they cannot always address the underlying causes of health issues comprehensively. Emergency rooms are overwhelmed, providing essential care but often burdened with minor health concerns that could be managed elsewhere. It’s time to alleviate that pressure

My Approach

I am not a classical homeopath. My focus is on understanding the origins of the body’s disturbances and identifying the steps needed to restore balance for each individual. I aim to simplify the process, making it practical for everyone.

A Health Coach identifies the root causes of illness, while Homeopathy offers a path to deep healing. This combined approach addresses immediate physical symptoms while recalibrating the body's vital force, bringing balance to the mental and emotional being for a lasting cure.

Chronic symptoms don’t appear overnight therefore cannot be expected to resolve quickly, however I also don’t believe in the slow, sit back, watch and wait approach either. I’m liberal in my prescribing and my main goal is to get you well as quickly as it takes your body to respond and spring into action. We are affected by the cumulative impact of increased toxin exposure, and addressing the health burdens we face in today's world requires more than a single remedy approach.
