I'm not currently taking on new 1:1 clients. The way to work with me is through The Reset.
The Reset came straight out of clinic — I kept seeing the same foundations missing in the women I worked with, the same symptoms and the same frustrations. So I built it into a self-guided program you can work through in your own time, with a 15-minute call with me first to tailor it to you. This is my Phase 1: the groundwork that needs to be in place before any deeper work makes sense.
